This unit is double the size of our regular model with it’s dual canisters, built primarily for high PPM water but also used by car dealers and mobile detailers. It provides longer filter life for when they work away from their office or tool box. This system is more than a deionized water filter, this is a complete ‘Car Wash System’ made with quality components. A good detail job starts with great water, I have used a transparent canister and cartridge so you can see the ‘Di-resin’ change color as it gets closer to expiration, showing you when you need to renew the filter. My selling price is less than it would cost you to buy the components individually and build it yourself and you get a proven product with a real warranty. Here is a close up view of two filter heads, one shows the valve head in ‘Bypass’ mode, this provides unfiltered water, this is how your filter will arrive, the second picture shows the valve head in ‘Filter’ mode, this is the position for the final rinse.

Here is a ‘Close-up’ view of the ‘Expanding Hose’, it has US garden hose connectors and a small ‘On/Off’ valve on the female end for connecting to the Soap Gun.


Here is a ‘Close-up’ view of the Brass connectors, the incoming port has a ‘Swivel’ connector for easy connections and the out going brass has female threading for the male hose connection. As you can see both adapters have Teflon tape on them for a tight ‘No drip’ seal.


Here is a ‘Close-up’ view of the internal filter cartridge, one full and one empty. The water flows up from the bottom, forced by it’s own pressure through the resin and then through the white 20 micron sediment filter you see at the top. The sponge in the empty container is at the very bottom of the full one, it keeps the resin level and filters the large sediment particles.

2 Piece Wrought Iron Yard Hanger: $25

This is a custom fabricated yard hanger, 2 piece powder coated wrought iron with an ‘h’ foot you ‘step on’ and sharpened spikes to help penetrate the ground. This hanger comes standard in the RV and 2-Canister systems.

One of my customers sent me this idea and I built one; while the material is cheap, building time and packaging requirements made it more time consuming than I had hoped but it may be just the stand you want to build so I have included all the dimensions here for your convenience.

This is the 2 – Canister driveway stand with diagram & dimensions, do your best to cut or grind all ends flat. My assemblies were not glued, thus the black friction tape, I suggest just gluing the top and bottom sections and not the vertical connectors, this will simplify disassembly and winter storage.

We had a customer that wanted wheels on the bottom of the driveway stand so here are the wheels that I found at Lowe’s that will fit the 1″ PVC and provide rolling capability.

Safe handling is required during your resin changing; pay attention and avoid spilling the resin on the floor; the resin consists of very tiny round beads, if they spill onto your floor, tile, hard wood, concrete and/or stone, clean them up immediately, they will create a ‘SERIOUS’ slip hazard, make sure to wipe your shoes, sweep the floor and vacuum, then vacuum again to make sure!!
